Let's Go Outside!

Happy Tuesday crafty friends!!!

Today I have my first Moxxie project to share with you today using their Child's Play line!  What a super fun and colorful line!  I took some of the initial inspiration for this page from the "Flower Power" paper and the double sided die cut strip with the balls and circles on it.  I knew that I wanted to use it, but wasn't sure exactly how.

I thought it would be interesting to layer them under the title block.

Journaling around the flowers...
These photos are from my phone so they aren't as crisp but I just love this fun photo and his smile so I wanted to use it.  When I looked at the image, I cropped it at a bit of an angle to the lines of the bars on the equipment.  It's an interesting juxtaposition with the organic feel of the flowers.

The red circle stickers to the right were a fun layer to mix in, I just outlined those with a black pen to give a little pop to the design.  A few buttons in different colors were the final touch with some Baker's Twine.

Supplies:
Child's Play collection by Moxxie
Twine by The Twinery
Cardstock by American Crafts
Foam Tape by Imaginisce
Other:  Sewing Machine, Thread

Oh, and did you know that Moxxie has a blog?  Stop on over and check it out!

Thanks so much for stopping on over today!  Have a super scrappity day!!!
