Clean and Simple with Quick Quotes

Happy Thursday crafty peeps!

I have a clean and simple back to school card to share with you today.  I've used the all new "Pattern Perfect" collection for this project from Quick Quotes.

The books and ruler strip were cut and layered onto the white lined paper.  I arranged the mat so it has the appearance of a polaroid frame and I added the teacher's name to the bottom corner using alpha rub-ons from my stash.

Quick Quotes Ingredients:
Pattern Perfect Papers and Stickers - Quick Quotes

Other Ingredients:
Cardstock, Rub-Ons, Enamel Dots, Arrrows and Ribbon

August Club Q and Sketchabilities Inspiration!

Thursday greetings to you!

We are very excited over at Quick Quotes to be sponsoring the current reveal for Sketchabilities!  It's a really amazing sketch and you will definitely want to stop on over and check out the prize available!

Here is the sketch:

Here is what I created using pieces from the August Club Q kit and a few extra goodies from my stash.

I used the Lemonade PowderPuff Chalk Ink to color my wooden sunburst and placed a flair inside of it.  The die cut flourish here is part of the kit as is the grid template.  I simply filled in the grid with some coordinating colors of fun papers.

Ingredients:
PowderPuff Chalk Ink:  Red Hot, Blue Hawaiian and Lemonade

Back To School Card with Quick Quotes

Happy Saturday crafty friends!

It's my day over on the Quick Quotes blog to share a fun back to school card with you.  This project  features our all new "Pattern Perfect" school themed collection.

The ruler paper was used as my card base and I inked the edges with Java PowderPuff Chalk Ink.  Then I added a layer of black cardstock and inked it with Coconut.

I thought this itty bitty vellum quote was just perfect for this card. Our oldest goes to Kindergarten this fall and this card is going to be given to his teacher as a "Thank You - I'm so excited to be here." card.

Quick Quotes Supplies:
Pattern Perfect Collection (Pattern Papers and Chipboard Stickers)
August Club Q (Black Bow) paper clip from an older kit
Red Dot Ribbon

Other:  Ruler by Maya Road, Arrow by Little B, Dies by MFT and Spellbinders, Mini Tag punch by Stampin Up, Black Cardstock by Core'dinations and twine.

Thanks for popping on over today!  Have a super scrappity weekend!!!
