ScrapBerry's October Challenge!

Happy October crafty friends!

I'm very excited to share with you my first project for ScrapBerry's today which just so happens to be for the October challenge. The theme is "Autumn".  There is also a store challenge with the same theme that you can play along with as well, those details are here.

I selected the "Forest Friends" collection to work with, cutting apart some elements and cutting a few papers with dies to bring my design together. 

First I created by foundation layer using the Delicate paper, tent fold. Next, I cut the Twit Too layer using a postcard die and my vagabond. A strip of vellum is layered in between the base layer and the postcard layer.

 

I cut the heart and cloud from the Decoration paper. A flourish was added that I cut from the Happy Deer paper. The tag was cut from the Sweet paper and a bit of White Wax String was added and curled.

 

Final touches were the Resin Flower, Enamel Brad and that cute Metal Embellishment Flair for the sentiment. I also added some glossy accents to my cloud cutout and a bit of glitter glue to accent the florals in the heart.
