BoBunny Design Team January Blog Hop

Hi There! Welcome to my stop on the BoBunny January Blog Hop!

Today, we are hopping along featuring our BoBunny blooms, starting and ending at the BoBunny blog. There, you'll see a question listed next to each designer's name. As you hop through to each blog, collect the answer to each question, and then head back to the BoBunny blog to enter all of the answers into a Rafflecopter giveaway.

Want to see what the fabulous prize is?  Check this out - one of our new collections called "Modern Miss" and some Blossoms. It's a prize package worth more than $50! It's seriously awesome!!!

We are featuring the beautiful BoBunny Blossoms for our hop today and I'm excited to share my project with you! I created a home décor canvas that I can't wait to hang in my scrap room.

Believe (6"x12" Canvas)

To begin, I prepped my canvas with Gesso and then misted using a variety of different Tattered Angels mists. I used a few masks and some pearlescent embossing paste as well. The wooden sentiment was painted a light blue and then white crackle paint over the top.

I added some Kraft Wood Gears, papers, trinkets and 12x12 chipboard from The Avenues.

A few details from the side...

I've tucked in our buttons and chipboard under the title. You also see some of the flourishes that I cut and adhered with Mod Podge.

The beautiful Blossoms!  They made this project come alive!  I cut a few leaves and tucked them in behind the flourishes and layers of other flourishes. I folded one in half and tucked it into the letter "B".

BoBunny Supplies:
Blossoms:  Denim Blue Zinnia,  Clover Bouquet, Plum Purple Bouquet and ButterCup Dahlia
Patterned Paper:  The Avenues, Clocks, Antiques / The Avenues; Slush, Mittens / Woodland Winter
Kraft: Wooden Gears
Chipboard: Woodland Winter 12x12 Chipboard
Noteworthy: The Avenues
Brads: The Avenues
Trinkets: The Avenues
Chipboard Buttons: Elf Magic
Jewels: Glazed Jewels
Jewels: Silver and Gold, Zip-A-Dee Doodle

And now.. my question for you is…

What's my favorite color to scrap?  Blue!

Yes, it's one of my favorite colors, perhaps because we have two little boys. I really just love the calming pretty cool feeling of the color blue, in the sky, in the ocean and those are some of my favorite places!!!

Here is the Blog Hop sequence just in case you get lost along the way, or if you've just stopped on over, please join us in the fun!  Make sure you capture the answers to each of the Designer's questions on their blogs!
(The hop will start today and end January 31 at 1200 AM MST.)

Thank you so much for stopping on over today!  Enjoy the hop and have a fabulous weekend!!!
