Celebrating Spring!

Happy Sunday to you!

I took a little break during naptime this afternoon to create a fun spring themed card to play along with the current Cheery Lynn Designs "Spring" challenge

I've used the "Spring Has Sprung" papers and stickers from Moxxie for this card.  I stopped over at the Picture This scrapbook store in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on the way home from vacation yesterday and found these papers.  I thought they were so rich and pretty!

This design started with the cut shape from "Perfect Posies".

Here are some details:

I used the interior doily from the Nautical Wheeler, inked it a bit and then scrunched it up to create a little shrub for that cute little bunny to perch in.  A few leaves and buttons were nice little accessories with the coordinating sticker flourish to finish it nicely.

The layer underneath the lace strip?  That was the relief inverted side

Ingredients:
Kraft Cardstock, The Paper Company
Spring Has Sprung pattern paper and stickers, Moxxie
Cheery Lynn Dies: Nautical Wheeler Doily, Anastasia Border, Olive Branches, Bunny (Spring Basket 1)
Pearl, Kaiser Craft
Ink:  Mocha Mama Powder Puff Chalk Ink by Quick Quotes
Clear Floral button by SEI
Brown and Tan buttons by Maya Road
Other:  Sewing Machine, Thread and Jute

Thanks for stopping on over!  I had a great time with this fun challenge and got a chance to play with new paper, border and branches dies!!!  It doesn't get much better than that for a scrapper/cardmaker!  ; )

Have a super scrappity evening!
