Here is my interpretation of the sketch using the February Featured kit from Life Preserver's Club. The Basic Grey Sugar Rush is just so pretty, I just love the bright colors for cards!
For this card I started out with swiss dots to emboss the entire front. Next, I embossed the scalloped plaid shape, then finished it off with some Ranger Rock Candy Crackle Paint for some extra interest. I also highlighted the vining and some of the hearts with some Stickles in Patina.
