I'm very excited to show you my mini album that I created for the June hop featuring Reach for the Stars!  It's one of my all time favorite collections of Moxxie!

Explore!
I added a wood veneer gear around my flair, inked with Lemonade Chalk Ink.

I've used an assortment of die cuts for journaling and framing.

I thought the gear die was a nice accent for the window.

A bit of open space for photos and journaling.

I loved the compass flair with this collection - too fun!

I used triangle stickers for the jagged border on the left page.

The back cover

For the final page, I used two flair badges to fill in the die cut hole for interest.  This album is perfect for customizing for an easy gift to give that is sure to capture the heart of any little space lover out there!

I used a variety of dies by MFT, Lawn Fawn, Memory Box and Spellbinders here.  The flair is from The Paper Bakery and Basic Grey. The shaped mini album is by October Afternoon. Ink is PowderPuff Chalk Ink by Quick Quotes.

I hope you enjoyed my project today, I sure had a blast creating it!

Let's blast off! Remember to leave your comments along the way for your chance to win the Reach for the Stars collection!

The project started with this base album cut from kraft card stock:

The default size of this album allows for 4x6 photos.  It includes the base cut for each page as well.  I love that you can make this album bigger if you like or customize the page counts to your design.  The tags that were added for journaling are from K and Company tag stacks that I had in complementary colors.  I've used the Spellbinders pinking edge square dies for photo mats.

Moxxie's papers, die cuts and stickers make putting together a mini album a very simple process.  This album was completed in an evening. I just love the sweet homespun feel of it! Now all I have to do are print out some of my favorite Easter gathering photos this year and pop them in!

Bowling Brothers!

Happy Saturday to you!  If you're looking for the Moxxie Blog Hop, please scroll down.  : )

Today I've got a fun project to share using Moxxie's "Bowler Up" collection.  Our boys love to bowl!  There's just something super fun about channeling all of their energy into tossing their bowling ball down the lane.  This is a very very good thing my friends!

I had a series of photos that I attempted to take on one of our last outings.  The cooperation level was a bit on the sketchy side, so a collage seemed like the perfect way to capture this page.

Moxxie makes some fantastic die cut papers and you can see the red scalloped circle base of it peeking underneath.  I layered a circular burst piece of card stock which was cut with my Silhouette and the chevron pattern paper cut in a circle on top.

The use of circles is to echo the vibe of a bowling ball throughout.  The score strip that I used was crimped for some "bumpy" texture.  I've used quite a few of the coordinating stickers and die cuts here. For my title, the "Brothers" phrase was cut from card stock with my Silhouette.

Ingredients:
Moxxie - Bowler Up collection (Papers, Stickers and Die-Cuts)
Core'dinations Cardstock
Spellbinders Grand Circle Die
Spellbinders Grand Calibur
Silhouette
Buttons by Fancy Pants and Doodlebug
Stick Pins by Maya Road
Paper Crimper by Fiskars

Naughty or Nice? Moxxie Style!

Happy Thanksgiving eve to you!

I've got a project to share today featuring a Moxxie line called "Party at the Pole".  The collection is very fun and spirited...  just like my boys!  Ha!

I chose these fun photos to collage from last year while making Santa's "Cookies", which was the gingerbread house.  We decorated it together and of course a lot of sampling was in order.

Catch those happy little presents!

Notice how the little Elve's hat is pointing to "naughty"...
hmm...  cooincidence?

Ingredients:  "Party at the Pole" papers and diecuts by Moxxie.  Scalloped Grand Rectangle and Lacey Oval Grand dies by Spellbinders, Large Holly Flourish die and Doily die by Cheery Lynn Designs, Tag cut with Silhouette, iRock, Glam Rocks, Glitter Hot Rocks and Foam Tape by Imaginisce, Acrylic scallop border by Fancy Pants, Other:  Sewing Machine, Buttons, Seam Binding Ribbon and Thread.

Have a super scrappity day and a very blessed Thanksgiving!!!

Love You More Release Party!

Happy Monday to you crafty peeps!  It's a big day over at Imaginisce, we are celebrating all this week with the brand new "Love You More" release party.

Love You More is our romantic new release that you will not be able to put down!  This collection is incredible!!!  New embellishments include washi tape, buttons and some pretty cool alpha stickers too!

"Always and Forever"

My first project is a layout that I created using one of our wedding photos.  The inspiration was the "Always and Forever" sentiment on the 4x6 card.  I had my husbands ring engraved with this sentiment so it seemed the perfect fit to use it for my title work here.

I selected one of our wedding photos in black and white to compliment the grey tones in the collection.  The lacy border was fussy cut and layered under my photo with some additional die cuts.  I used the washi tape and layered it with some ribbon to the right of my photo.

Tip:  To help keep thicker ribbon together when using your iMagicut ribbon cutter to make a chevron cut, use a bit of washi tape to keep your fold in place.

Ingredients:  Love You More collection, Foam Tape, POGO, i-Rock, Glam Rocks Heart, Hot Rocks Compact - Crystal, ImagiCut by Imaginisce.  Cheery Lynn Anastasia Border Die, MFT Scallop Border die and Fishtails, Spellbinder's Grand Oval and Rectangle Scallop dies, Memory Works die, Corner Chomper by We R Memory Keepers, Jenni Bowlin Studio Tab punch and gray stick pin, Maya Road heart stick pin, Cardstock by Bazzill.  Other:  Sewing Machine, thread, seam binding ribbon.

~~~~~~~
"For You With Love" (A2 Card)
My next project is a card. I wanted to create something that can be used for a loving note of encouragement or a birthday. You see several of the stickers from the collection here. Some foam tape was used under my sentiment for dimension. A bit of thin ribbon tied simply finished the card.
The inside of the card features one of the 3x4 journaling cards.
Ingredients:  Love You More collection, Foam Tape and POGO by Imaginisce, Doily Die by Cheery Lynn Designs, Corner Chomper by We R Memory Keepers, Cardstock by Bazzill
I hope you enjoyed my projects today!  Be sure to visit the Imaginisce blog all week long for some incredible projects featuring this stunning line!!!
Spotlight on... Snag 'em Stamps!
Monday greetings to you!
The next two weeks over at Imaginisce we are doing a fun product spotlight feature on our Snag 'em stamps.  I'm super excited to be kicking off this fun event today so here--we--go!
It's always so much fun to play with our stamps.  I thought it would be fun to make a few Halloween cards featuring our Snag 'em stamps from the Monster Mash collection.
For the square chevron and scalloped shaped cards, I used my Silhouette.  The hexagon shaped card was created with the newly released Spellbinders hexagon die.
I cut a few leaves, layered them and decorated in Sugar Skull's hair,
then added some Crackle Accents.
On the Hex card I layered a few hexagon shapes and used the sentiment from one of our Sticker Stackers.  I added a witches boot for fun.  She is secured with a wobbler.  (Have I said that she is one of my all time favorite Snag 'em Stamps?  She is so so cute!!!)
The Spooky card I layered the tree die cut under the interior sentiment block so it would peek out from behind my mummy and ghost.  The ghost has fairy glitter on it and my mummy has some frost glimmer on it.  I added some "eyes" to the Spooky sentiment using my i-Rock and hot rocks.
The "Boo!" card layers a Halloween fence behind the chipboard sentiment.  Eddie has a wobbler behind him too, so he wiggles and jiggles when you move or rock the card.
Ingredients:  Monster Mash Pattern Papers, Chipboard, Sticker Stackers and Snag 'em Stamps Sugar SkullEddieMummyGhost and Foam Tape by Imaginisce, i-Rock and Hot Rocks by Imaginisce, Crackle Accents, Silhouette, Spellbinders, Spooky Tree die by Cheery Lynn Designs, Wobbler, Momento Ink, Copics, Trim by Cosmo Cricket, Twine by The Twinery, Glue Gloss and Fairy Dust by Donna Salazar, Smootch Glitz in Frost by Clearsnap, Xyron 5" Creation Station and Mega Runner.
Thanks so much for stopping on over today.  Be sure to visit the Imaginisce blog for more Snag 'em stamps inspiration all week!!!
Back to School with Imaginisce!
Happy Tuesday to you!  Today is the second day for an inspiration filled week for you over at Imaginisce!
Back to school already?  Wow, doesn't it seem like summer just barely got started?!!!
I always seem to need a card or two for teachers to have on hand so, I thought it would be fun to create a teacher's card using the Sole Sisters line.  It has such a fun and fresh look to the collection I thought it would work well.
I wanted to accent the musical nature of the sentiment (A. Jillian Vance Designs), so I added a bit of acrylic that I had, but some music paper would work too.
Added a bit of bling to the herringbone pattern paper die-cut with the i-Rock.
I just love my i-Rock LED lighted tweezers and little pink tray!
I don't know about you, but I need to have a few cards on hand for our kid's teachers.   It's nice to have a few ready to go for special occasions.
Ingredients:  Sole Sisters, i-Rock, i-Rock LED Lighted Tweezers, Pink Jewel Tray, Black Glam Rocks and Foam Tape, Imaginisce.  Cardstock by Bazzill, "Teacher's Treats" Sentiment Stamp by A. Christmas Cheer with Imaginisce!
Happy Thursday to you!
Today at Imaginisce we are way excited to share with you our latest new release called "Christmas Cheer"!
My first project today is a layout that was inspired the Christmas Eve pictures that I attempted to get of our boys in their "Christmas Pajamas" last year.  They were so excited about Santa and their Superman pajamas they could not sit still.
I decided to do a couple of photo collages to help tell the story.  I pieced my title together to become "Be Jolly, Merry & Bright" using a sticker stacker and one of the die cuts.  I added a holly flourish die cut using a Cheery Lynn Designs die, then some finishing touches of bling with my i-Rock of course!
The coordinating elements in this line really make creating a beautiful page so effortless!
A detail shot for you...
-------
Up next is a little card that I cut using my Silhouette.
Are you being Naughty...
or are you being Nice?  ; )
I loved the idea of the spinner with "Naughty" or "Nice" as choices, so I used my Dymo labeler to create them.  The i-Top 2.0 was the perfect anchor for my wheel.  The bow on top was cut apart from the wreath die cut.
I hope you've enjoyed my projects! Be sure you stop on over to the Imaginisce Blog to check out the other inspiration that the team has for you!  There might even be a prize involved!!!
