Happy New Year!!!

Happy New Years and a very Happy Saturday to you my blogging friends!

I'm so super excited to bring to you my first official Imaginisce post!  We are doing a Blog Hop with some super fabulous prizes and you will NOT want to miss this!  In conjunction with kicking off the New Year, we are revealing our January 2011 Challenge which is...

A "Found" item upcycle!!!

The challenge?  Find an item and alter it with at least 75% Imaginisce products and post your link to the Imaginisce blog.  Easy right?  The prize for the monthly challenge is valued at at least $75.  I love to alter items so this challenge was just a fun time for me!  Here is what I created:

This is one of my favorite photos from Christmas 2009 with my little guys.  I love that the baby still has his complete baby face.  Oh, and that flower on the upper left, the outside flower was created using my 28mm I-Top punch and by curling the ends under with my Petal Roller.  I love that thing!!!

So here is my found item, or as I like to call it the 'before'.  Remember my altered clock that I worked on a little bit ago?  That project has two matching little shadowbox frames that were part of that kit that I got for $8 from Tuesday Morning.
We can't wait to see what you create!  Do you want to see part of the prize package that is up for grabs for this January Challenge?  Again, this is only a part of the package!!!
Thanks so much for hopping on by, be sure to go back to visit the Imaginisce Blog to get all the Blog Hop details!  The Blog Hop prize is valued at over $50!!!

Have a Super Scrappity Day and Year!!!
